what is cheaper? Travel by plane or train from san fran or sacramento to columbus, ohio.?
i want to go visit my dad but i dont want him paying to much for the trip. also im only 13 so i was wondering the fee for flying alone/going on a train alone is gonna b. thanks soooo much!!!! Sacramento - 3 Answers

If you are going to travel alone at age 13, your safety is more important than cost. The train would be cheaper, but I would not consider it safe for someone your age. On a plane, an unaccompanied minor is carefully taken care of by airline personnel.

It will be cheaper for you on the plane, plus it's much safer. A few hours of airplane travel vs days on a train

train,you don't have TSA security check points to take your shoes or get felt up by security personnel
